Cancellation Policy

Howes Natural Health endeavors to provide quality health care to its clients in a timely manner. When you book an appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience our providers as well as other clients. As appointments are in high demand, your cancellation may allow another client access to that appointment time.

Appointment Cancellation
If cancellation is necessary, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. Please call the office and leave a message or use the link provided in your appointment confirmation email as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment. 

Short Notice Cancellations or No-shows
A cancellation is considered short notice when your appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time. 

A no-show is defined as missing your appointment without cancelling. 

In either case, you will be charged for the appointment time you had reserved.

A no-show or late cancellation for New client intake appointments, which are paid in advance, will not be refunded.
